The cottage is situated on Charing Hill, Charing, Kent having the benifit of surrounding natural beauty and fabulous local ammenities to hand.
There is great accomodation with 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and a single bedroom. The ground floor provides living room, dining room, kitchen, playroom, lobby and family bathroom. Outside the garden is laid to grass with childrens play equipment and patio furniture, all surrounded by farmland and countryside. Each window has a great view of Kentish farmland. There is ample parking for 3/4 cars.
Charing hill is located on the North Downs with easy links to London, Canterbury, Ashford and the continent via the Channel Tunnel. The local village has a great shop, pub, post office, butchers, bakers, tea room, bistro & indian restaurant.
There are also lots of local walks and footpaths to hand so you can explore the countryside at your leisure.
